Day 5: rest and acclimatization day

Day 6: Namche Trek to Tengbuche (3,860m)

Day 7: Tengbuche trek to Dingbuche (4,350m)

Day 8: Acclimatization day

Day 9: Dingbuche trek to Chukung (4,710m)

Day 10: Chukung trek to Island base camp (5,240 m)

Day 11: Base camp summit (6,187m) and back to Chukung

Day 12: Chukung trek to Pongbuche

Day 13 : Pongbuche trek to Namche 4100m)

Day 14: Namche trek to Lukla

Day 15 Lukla fly back to kathmandu

Day 16: free day in Kathmandu
